Usage
This equipment is suitable for low temperature vacuum condensation of heat-sensitive materials such as Chinese medicine, western medicine, glucose, wine, starch, oral
solution, chemicals, foodstuffs, monosodium glutamate and dairy products. You may choose different concentrator according to different concentrating requirement.

1. Energy-saving Calculated with WZ1000 type, it will save 3500 tons of vapor, 9 tons of water, 80000 KWh of electricity, equivalent to 100-150 thousand yuan(compared with
single-effect one of same specification).
2. This concentrator uses double-effect vapor, not only saving investment on boiler, but also saving energy, reducing 50% compared with single-effect concentrator.
3. This equipment uses extrinsic heating natural circulation and vacuum pressure evaporation, with fast evaporation speed and large specific density of concentration.
The fluid is concentrated without foam in totally enclosed condition. The extract from this equipment is without pollution, with thick medicinal flavor. It is easy to clean(just
open the top cover of the heater).
4. The parts in contact with fluid in this equipment are made of OCr18Ni9 stainless steel in conformity with GMP standard. The heater and evaporator are covered with heat
preservation layers with outer surface made of checkered stainless steel sheet.
